What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, mobile number, delivery address, PIN code, an optional email and any note you add, along with the items you ordered. That is all.

We also count visits to the website (which pages are viewed, and whether on a phone or computer) so we can improve it. This is anonymous: it does not record your name or follow you around the internet.

Why we collect it

Only to confirm, pack, deliver and support your order, and to reach you on WhatsApp or by phone about it.

Who can see it

Your details are saved only with your processed orders, in Edin Life’s own order records, and are seen only by our team. We never sell or rent them, and we do not share them for marketing or with anyone outside Edin Life.

The one exception is delivery: the courier or delivery partner carrying your parcel needs your name, phone number and address to deliver it, so we pass on exactly that and nothing more.

When you tap “Place order & send on WhatsApp”, your order message is sent to us through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy terms.

On your own phone or computer

To save you retyping, your cart — and your delivery details after you place an order — are remembered in your own browser. They are not collected from there by us. You can clear them any time with “Clear cart” or by clearing your browser data.

Keeping it safe

Order records sit behind a password-protected owner login. We keep them only as long as we need to fulfil orders, handle questions or returns, and meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your details at any time (we may need to keep basic records of past orders where the law requires). Just message us on WhatsApp at +91 70752 23752 or write to [email protected].
