- Let us answer a question for you first! The bitter gourd piece isn't bitter at all. Lemon takes care of it and creates a perfect balance of tangy bittery goodness.

Ingredients
Lemon, Bitter gourd, Cold pressed groundnut oil, Red chili powder, Garlic, Rock salt, Turmeric powder, Fenugreek powder & Seeds, Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds and Red chili seeds.
Storage & care
- Pickles don't have an expiry date but then we recommend refrigeration within 2 months of purchase to retain freshness.
- Refrigerate for longer life - They last longer in freezer
- Keep away from water
- Never leave a plastic / steel spoon inside the jar.
- Always store in a glass jar.
- Store in a cool dry place.
- Ideal shelf life - 9 to 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
Shipping & delivery
Within Hyderabad. We use Blue Dart, and it reaches you in 1 to 2 working days. For same-day delivery within Hyderabad, reach us directly on +91 70752 23752 — delivery charges are extra (we use Uber / Swiggy / Dunzo and other third-party partners).
Outside Hyderabad. We ship PAN India. A courier partner is selected based on your postal code, and orders typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days — though unavoidable delays can happen outside our control.
Shipping charges. Shipping is charged in addition to the product price. It is calculated at final order confirmation, based on your PIN code and the weight of your order, and we confirm the exact amount with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Why glass bottles?. Glass is the only material generally recognised as safe for pickles, as they interact with the walls of their container. It preserves the original freshness and aroma, and extends shelf life.
