Bittery Goodness!
Bitter Gourd! oh man.. I’d never let it into my food as is but its rich in Vit C, helps fight many diseases and also heal wounds (etc!)
Thankfully once it’s sundried, lightly roasted in cold pressed ground nut oil and mixed with other spices, it actually is a little bittery and very tasty 🙂
Enjoy the goodness
- Hot rice, ghee and a spoonful of subtle Bittery goodness
- Add some ghee, eat it with Idly or with Dosa
- Sprinkle on top of Upma, fries or dip for that xtra Zing!
- Mix a spoonful / half into your curries to fill up on the nutrition which you otherwise might not eat
Ingredients
Sundried Bitter gourd lightly roasted in cold pressed ground nut oil and grinded, Red chili powder, Garlic, Rock salt, Tamarind, Turmeric powder, Fenugreek powder & Seeds, Cumin seeds, Mustard and Red chili seeds.
Storage & care
- Refrigerate for longer life
- Keep away from water.
- Store in an air tight container once opened.
- Store in a cool dry place.
- Ideal shelf life - 9 to 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
Shipping & delivery
Within Hyderabad. We use Blue Dart, and it reaches you in 1 to 2 working days. For same-day delivery within Hyderabad, reach us directly on +91 70752 23752 — delivery charges are extra (we use Uber / Swiggy / Dunzo and other third-party partners).
Outside Hyderabad. We ship PAN India. A courier partner is selected based on your postal code, and orders typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days — though unavoidable delays can happen outside our control.
Shipping charges. Shipping is charged in addition to the product price. It is calculated at final order confirmation, based on your PIN code and the weight of your order, and we confirm the exact amount with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Pouch / international packaging. Want a pouch? Just pick the pouch size when you add the product to your cart. All our pouches are food-grade HDPE and can withstand international transit.
